Next, the training process is not limited to how to conduct the day to day operations of the business of Soul-Ice, but it also includes on-going business development training through webinars and the annual Soul-Ice conferences. To ensure quality across the board, each licensee will be assigned a compliance officer to be the “big brother” and will make sure that any issues are resolved quickly and accurately. Lastly, a dynamic sales team is in place to keep you informed of local and regional events for additional revenue building opportunities. Life Skills and Entrepreneurship Programs
Soul-Ice Vending, Inc. has created a dynamic, hands-on approach to building future business leaders. The Life Skills and Entrepreneurship Program teaches young people the everyday operations of complete business ownership. The skills are directly correlated with academic curriculums and foster self-sufficiency. The 3 year program has been introduced and implemented in several large public service arenas including the YWCA of Greater Pittsburgh. At the end of the program, the young people are offered the opportunities to remain a part of the Soul-Ice family through licensure or in corporate positions. That’s Soul-Ice, Baby!
